Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will issue you a credit based on the payment method used and contact you via email with the refund amount. If an exchange is desired we will issue you an e-credit to be used on our website. All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on.
If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Please make sure that items are insured for the full amount.
Please Read Carefully - No Exception Will Be Made - Returns are gladly accepted, but must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery. The product must be in absolute perfect shape, completely unused, properly folded with the respective hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact, and in the original packaging. (No exceptions)
Please also make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on the merchandise.
The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered in any way, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, or are not returned with the instructions above will not be taken back (No exceptions will be made).
In the case that we receive such items we will charge 15% handling fee to the original credit card, and we will return the items to you at your expense and he or she will forfeit all claims.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. We do not credit back shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders are final sale.
Even though we take all the required precautions possible to make sure your package arrives to you safely, we are not and cannot make ourselves responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged or missing from your location once it has been delivered.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.
